Since 2014, I’ve worked across a wide range of IT roles, from Helpdesk Support and Web Development to my current position at a London-based Managed Service Provider (MSP). Here, I deliver senior-level support while also leading the charge on internal automation — designing, building, and refining systems that streamline operations and empower teams.

Beyond the 9–5, I’m a hands-on maker and lifelong geek. I enjoy 3D printing, painting miniatures (like Warhammer), prop making, and writing. You’ll also find me immersed in World of Warcraft, Dungeons & Dragons, board games, and TCGs like Magic: The Gathering and Lorcana — usually with a strong coffee in hand.
My greatest professional passion? Designing meaningful automations that enhance human work — not replace it. I believe that great automation should support teams, reduce friction, and free people up to focus on the work that truly matters.
